Sales Executive – (B2B)
We want to build our sales and business development teams and are looking out for sales professionals with relevant experience in an Business-to-Business environment who excel and enjoy sales.
Role Overview
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, outbound sales environment and is passionate about building relationships with clients.
- This position will be responsible for driving growth and building relationships with hospitality businesses and SMEs. This dynamic role the entire sales cycle right from lead generation, client engagement, closing of sales and ongoing client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target new clients.
- Manage and convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing clients, prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our offerings and demonstrate value.
- Gather market intelligence, be up to date on ongoing trends and feedback to inform product development and business strategy.
- Report to the Sales Manager
Attributes & Requirements
- A natural ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales and marketing, with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication in English is essential. A second language (Arabic, Russian or French would be an added advantage).
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently
- Must be mobile; must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred in any industry, though hospitality sector would be preferred but is not essential.
Additional Skills
- Goal-oriented, energetic, and persistent.
- Capable of representing the company professionally at all times.
- Skilled in using MS Office and sales CRM tools.
- Ready for frequent client visits and offsite meetings.
