Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an individual to support our sales team, be a lynchpin of our operations.

Role Overview

  • This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the backend of sales management.
  • This position will be responsible for coordinating of sales and deliverie to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send quotes to clients in coordination with the sales team.
  • Coordinate deliveries to clients
  • Be the focal point of contact for suppliers and clients.
  • Provide transactional support to sales and procurement via documentation, correspondence (email, phone, and if needed face to face) which would include but not be limited to preparing quotes, raising invoices, LPOs, Delivery Notes, following up for deliveries, and payments as required.
  • Provide customer service support as needed.
  • Report to the Sales Manager

Attributes & Requirements

  • Well organized and quick thinker
  • Adept at MS office applications especially MS Excel and ERP
  • Good communication skills in English, verbal and written, is a must for this role

Additional Skills

  • High energy level, customer service oriented attitude.
  • Able to work in a hybrid model
  • Be self motivated and work with minimum supervision.
